Incorrect /Missing Items

We are a small business and we are not perfect ,so mistakes will happen but here at MSW COSMETICS we take full responsibility. If you have received wrong or missing items please contact us mswcollection19@gmail.com with name, order number ,as well as a screenshot of your order summary with proof of what items were missing or incorrect .We will evaluate the issue and make it right because here at MSW COSMETICS we appreciate the support and trust you have put in us. 

 

Refunds/Exchanges Policy 

 Due to the nature of our products and the health of our customers ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you have a received the wrong item, if so contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
